2.The competition
2.1.The title of the competition is Cano Water X Transformers prize draw.
2.2. Enter your email address to be in with a chance to win one of hundreds of prizes.
3.How to enter
3.1.Competition dates
The competition will run from 01:00am on 26th May 2023 (the "Opening Date") to 11:59pm on 28th July 2023 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
3.2.Competition entry deadline
All competition entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 11:59pm on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3.To enter the competition:

Enter the competition online by submitting your email into the online entry form provided on www.canowater.com/transformers by Closing Date.
3.4.No purchase necessary
No purchase necessary [and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
3.5.The Promoter will not accept:
(a)Competition entries
responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind;

3.9.Judging criteria
The competition winners will be selected at random, by the online AppStorteos Randomiser, after the competition deadline of 11:59pm (UK GMT) on 28th July 2023, who have fulfilled the criteria in condition 3. Entries made after this point will not be counted. The winners will be randomly selected and contacted no later than Tuesday 1st August 2023.
4.Eligibility
4.1.Competition residents
The competition is only open to all residents in the UK, except:
(a)employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b)Promoter's employees
employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c)Family members
Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2.Eligibility to enter
In order to enter the competition, you confirm that you are eligible and eligible to claim any prize that may be awarded. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility in order to enter the competition.
4.3.The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a)automatically generated by computer;
(b)completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c)illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with.
4.4.Limit of one entry
There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.5.Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of this prize competition.
5.The prize
5.1.Number of prizes
The prizes are a random selection of Transformer products and there are 100 available to be won.
5.5.Prize substitution
Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
5.7.The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.8.Claiming prize
In order to claim the prize you must provide the promoter with your UK residential address for them to post the prize.
6.Winners
6.1.Final decision
The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2.Contact the winner
The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the email address provided with the competition entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted.
6.3.Publishing winners
The Promoter must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname of major prize winners and, if applicable, send copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the address set out in CONDITION 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.
6.4.Objections to publication
If you object to any or all of your surname, and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7.Claiming the prize
7.1.Claiming the prize
Please allow 90 days for delivery of the prize OR If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 30 days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by sending a written declaration, in accordance with condition 5.8. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
7.2.Third-party claims
The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3.Claiming prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 30 days of the Announcement Date, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an eligible entrant selected from among those entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.4.Promoter not responsible
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8.Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors (whether acting in their individual capacity or as part of a group) or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9.Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1.Competition entry
All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
10.Data protection and publicity
10.1.Personal information
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy. See also condition 6.3 and condition 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.
11.General
11.1.Breach of terms
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your participation in the competition.
11.2.Promoter's right
If it becomes necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition.
11.3.Governing law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Enter the competition online by deciphering the secret word printed across the seven designed cans, once completed you will need to complete the 3 online challenges which will unlock the final game. The person with the highest score as of 11:59pm (UK GMT) on 29th July 2023 will win the gold-plated Optimus Prime statue
